Today’s most effective leaders are focused both on results and their people. With the importance of social good to individual employees, these leaders are creating connections not only with their employees but with the causes they support by getting involved directly.
This session will feature four executives, across the corporate and social good space, to focus on the importance of today’s leader as a social advocate – connecting to the initiatives that represent their individual and team values. Our panelists will highlight how progressive corporate executives are getting more meaningfully involved with community giving initiatives and facilitating the same within their organizations.
Stepping up to act outside of the traditional corporate space can be daunting, however, a substantial opportunity is present when leaders challenge themselves to grow beyond an old paradigm. Our speakers will examine themes of individual social responsibility and employee led giving, proactive vs. reactive giving, volunteering and the opportunity that exists by facilitating inclusive giving practices.
This session will also include a Q & A with our speakers.
