Important update for legacy Blackbaud MobilePay Devices

For customers located in Canada:

As a result of the June 2022 updates to Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal™ in Canada, legacy Blackbaud MobilePay devices are no longer being offered.

Canadian customers may now order devices for the new Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal mobile app by logging into the next generation Blackbaud Merchant Services™ web portal, navigating to the ‘Terminal Devices’ page and selecting ‘Order terminals.’ Canadian accounts will see the ‘BBPOS WisePad™ 3 — Canada only’ option when they launch the order wizard. The corresponding Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal mobile app is available in the Apple® App Store® and on Google Play

For customers located in the United States:

As a result of the July 2021 transition from Blackbaud MobilePay™ to Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal™ in the United States, Blackbaud MobilePay devices are no longer being offered. Please do not fill out this form as requests will not be fulfilled.

U.S. customers may now order devices for Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal by logging into the next generation Blackbaud Merchant Services™ web portal, navigating to the ‘Terminal Devices’ page and selecting ‘Order terminals.’ U.S. accounts will see the ‘M2™ - US Only’ option when they launch the order wizard. The corresponding Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal mobile app is available in the Apple® App Store® and on Google Play
