Your Customer Success team has developed a best practice checklist to ensure your team is able to focus on getting your solution up and running.
1. Invite Your Team to Create a Blackbaud ID
If you are an organization admin, you can invite other admins or invite other users. Each Blackbaud eTapestry user will need a Blackbaud ID (BBID) to access Blackbaud.com, Blackbaud eTapestry, Blackbaud University, and Customer Support. Learn more about Blackbaud ID.
2. Compile Data for Conversion
The next main priority for your project is to prepare to send a copy of your data to Blackbaud. Your data conversion cannot begin until we have usable data. Project plan timeline and overall implementation progress is dependent on your data submission. You will submit your data when requested by your Project Team.
3. Sign Up for Training
Blackbaud University's mission is to accelerate the success of your organization. You should begin taking the required eLearning courses right away to begin building your skillset in your new solution.
These trainings will give you a better understanding of you solution and how to design the system and are critical to your overall success.

4. Accept Your Blackbaud eTapestry Invitation
This step needs to be taken before your Blackbaud eTapestry project kick off call. Your main administrator will receive an email invitation to set up the first login in your Blackbaud eTapestry database. The email subject line is “Welcome to Blackbaud eTapestry.”
The admin can then invite other users to Blackbaud eTapestry.
5. Set Up Blackbaud Integrated Payments
Blackbaud Integrated Payments makes payment processing simple, secure, and affordable.

management tools, and reduced PCI compliance.
Use our Quick Start Checklist to compile the information you will need to create your account.
An Organization Administrator can create your Blackbaud Integrated Payments account using our secure online portal to enter data to provision your account.
