Your Customer Success team has developed a best practice checklist to ensure your team is able to focus on getting your solution up and running. Please work through the action items below to prepare for your project.
1. Create a Blackbaud ID
Each JustGiving user will need a Blackbaud ID (BBID) to access Blackbaud.com, Blackbaud University, and Customer Support. Your initial organization administrator will receive an email invitation prompting them to accept their BBID. They can then invite other admins or users. Learn more about Blackbaud ID.
2. Accept Your JustGiving Invitation
You or your onboarding contact will receive an email invitation to complete the setup of your JustGiving from Blackbaud account. If you are unable to locate your invitation, check your Spam folder. If you need any assistance or need a new invitation email, please reach out to support.
3. Schedule Time with Your Consultant
Our Professional Services team will reach out to you within 48 hours after you have completed your initial account setup to schedule your 1-1 Campaign Deployment session. We ask that you review the Anatomy of a Campaign Page and checklist which will help you assemble the information and assets you’ll need on hand as we create your first campaign.

4. Set Up Your Payment Processor
Simply put, a payment processor safely moves money from your donor’s bank account to you. In most cases, setting up the payment processor is a one-time thing, completed at the time of account setup. Blackbaud Integrated Payments makes payment processing simple, secure, and affordable.
Organizations in the United States can also use a third-party that disburses donations to your organization via the Blackbaud Giving Fund, a public charity and donor advised fund (DAF) and a partner of Blackbaud.
5. Review Integration Resources (if applicable)
