Q: How will I know when the relocation is completed?
A: After the successful completion of your Microsoft Azure relocation, we will send an email to confirm your relocation is complete. If you wish to notify any additional users beyond those listed in the email you receive, please forward to those individuals.
In the unlikely event you receive an email notification about the relocation not completing successfully, you can continue to use your Blackbaud Grantmaking solution as you did before. We will reschedule your relocation and you will receive another notice alerting you to the time and steps to take.
