Danielle Johnson Vermenton, CFRE, Principal Consultant, Blackbaud Inc.

DANIELLE JOHNSON VERMENTON is an author, speaker, trainer and passionate fundraiser. She is a Principal Consultant at Blackbaud and has helped more than 60 organizations in the US and Canada raise millions online. Prior to Blackbaud she worked for more than 13 years in the nonprofit industry in roles such as Director of Individual Giving at Boys & Girls Clubs, Leadership Giving Manager at the Red Cross and Director of Development at HUGS for Kids. She has spoken at events like Digital Leap, AFP Planet Philanthropy, BBCON and the CASE Conference for Diversity in Philanthropy. She also blogs on npENGAGE and is one of 13 experts in Cupid’s Arrow: Targeted Strategies to Acquire Supporters eBook.

AMY BRAITERMAN, principal strategy consultant at Blackbaud, supports customers with their peer-to-peer fundraising events with a process she refers to as “data-driven strategy.” Amy’s data driven strategy analyzes how effective event participants are using online fundraising tools and takes those results to develop an event fundraising plan. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Amy earned her fundraising stripes managing events for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Alzheimer’s Association and Share Our Strength. She shares her fundraising know how here on npENGAGE, by hosting educational webinars and speaking at customer conferences.

Raheel Gauba, Manager of Online Engagement & CRM Strategy, Blackbaud Inc.

RAHEEL GAUBA is the Manager of Online Engagement & CRM Strategy at Blackbaud. In addition to bringing a wealth of knowledge about creating usable website interfaces and effective visual design, he also has a proven track record of over a decade of strategic planning and execution of successful websites. His core passion lies in the building of online communities using equal parts form and function that allow organizations to attract, engage and retain their audience.

During his tenure at Blackbaud, Raheel has lead the delivery of more than 400 nonprofit websites and possesses expert- level knowledge in designing and developing interactive web presences. As Creative Director for Marketing at Blackbaud, Raheel lead the rebrand and global website redesign for Blackbaud which improved conversions by more than 50% within the first month alone. Combining his love for interactivity and user experience to engage audiences, he regularly consults with some of the largest nonprofit organizations to design innovative digital experiences for their constituents that result in higher engagement and conversions.
