Constituent records are the backbone of Raiser’s Edge NXT and your fundraising efforts. Tracking your supporters and using built-in analytics is essential to clean, accurate data. Constituent records provide the full history of your supporters, offering a comprehensive view of their engagement with your organization.

• Contact information: Store mailing and email addresses, and phone numbers
• Giving history: Track donations and pledges
• Relationships: Monitor connections to other records and constituents
• Event participation: Record attendance and involvement in events
• Custom fields: Capture additional information specific to your needs

Get Started
Adding an individual constituent in Raiser’s Edge NXT can be done in a few simple steps. Before you add a constituent, always make sure their record doesn’t already exist to avoid duplicates. You can do this by Searching for Constituents. Once you confirm that there isn’t an existing record for the individual or organization, you can Add an Individual Constituent.
