John is a Blackbaud solutions expert with over 15 years’ experience. He began his career in fundraising while simultaneously pursuing his undergraduate studies at St. Lawrence College, working in the Alumni and Development Office as a database coordinator. John has extensive experience working in diverse fundraising environments as a consultant and project manager, including: Ovarian Cancer Canada, North York General Foundation, St. Peter's Healthcare System, Mohawk College, and many other organizations.

Shiloh Daniel,
Customer Success Engineer,

Shiloh is a front end web developer specializing in Luminate Online and TeamRaiser. While pursuing a Master’s in Public Affairs from the LBJ School, she learned HTML and has been coding ever since. Shiloh works with Blackbaud’s customers to optimize and troubleshoot their online fundraising programs. Her passion is helping nonprofits master the web and change the world.

Heather McLean,
Senior Fundraising Advisor,

Heather has a rich international development background in education and fieldwork. She served as the development officer of special events at Plan Canada where she championed the use of online fundraising tools for various campaigns and events, including Gifts of Hope, Plan Canada’s alternative gift catalogue. Heather joined the Ontario SPCA in October 2012 as senior manager. In the course of two stints at hjc (Hewitt & Johnston Consultants), Heather’s clients have included cbm (Christian Blind Mission), Ovarian Cancer Canada, Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America, Rick Hansen Foundation, Parkinson Society Canada, the Canadian Red Cross Society, and The National Cancer Coalition.
