Get the most out of eTapestry with Blackbaud’s Master Series customer success sessions. These two hour courses are designed to make you or your staff more efficient and effective in Blackbaud eTapestry. Each session will also include customer topical Q&A.

During each course, an instructor will lead you through scenarios and distribute a guide of tips and hints along with directions on how to replicate examples covered during the session. We will close with an open Q&A of questions which you can submit prior to the session.

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you have an intermediate knowledge of eTapestry basics, prior to taking these classes.

When: Between 7-21 December 2021
Where: Online and live through Zoom (Please note that these sessions won't be recorded)
Cost: Free (each course is limited to 15 participants only). We ask that only one person per organisation attend.

Effective and Efficient Queries

Effective and Efficient Reporting

Get the most out of eTapestry standard and custom reports. Identify the goal of reporting and how different queries impact your results. Learn how to use standard reports and create your own with custom reports.

Improve Database Health with Imports and Mass Updates

Your database is only as useful as the information it contains. Learn how to use imports and mass updates to keep constituent records up-to-date and accurate so that you can rely on the information for engagement and analysis. Setup reminders with reports to assist in maintaining your database.

Managing Events with eTapestry

Thursday, 16 December, 2:00pm to 4:00pm (AEDT)

Learn how to use the tools of eTapestry to manage ticketed, free and invitation only events. Participants will learn how to use queries, communications tools, DIY pages, reports and imports to manage each stage of an event from invitations to attendance.

Tailoring and Customising eTapestry

Learn the best practices for customising your database to manage you stakeholders. Learn the difference between system and custom fields and how they can be configured to both track and engaging with constituents. Identify the best application for different fields and the options available to make them more useful.
