Additionally, the university was unable to integrate the legacy system across multiple subsystems and with its 14 schools and colleges. To solve these challenges, the university implemented Blackbaud CRM to serve as the central hub of its fundraising operations.

Better data, segmentation, and gift officer tools enabled the university to:

  • Increase gift revenue by $49.4 million
  • Increase average annual gift revenue generated per MGO by 63%
  • Increase MGO pipeline close rate by 30%, bringing it to 80%
  • Avoid labor costs of $1.2 million for operational support of fundraising
