Get Started with Luminate Online
Follow this step-by-step new user guide to get started using your database!
Welcome a'baud! Let's introduce you to the amazing resources at your fingertips now that you're live with Luminate Online. We'll reference these throughout this Get Started Guide as we explore must-see resources for the topics we'll cover. Within each step we'll share helpful on-demand webinars, Knowledgebase articles and Blackbaud University training courses to guide you in using your solution.
This five-step guide will get you ready to start using Luminate Online to its fullest potential:

Step 1
Log In and Navigate Your Solution
Before you get started on your Luminate Online journey, make sure you have a login to access your solution. If you don't have a login, you will need another Luminate Online administrator to acquire one for you. If you are a database administrator, here is how you can start adding new users:

Step 1
Log In, Navigate and Configure Your Database
Before you get started on your eTapestry journey, make sure you have a proper Blackbaud ID (BBID) login to access your database. If you don't have a BBID, you will need your database administrator to acquire one for you. If you are a database administrator, here is how you can start adding new users:
