Considerations 

You will have access to learning throughout the consultancy and post implementation should you feel you require additional training. Some courses may have mandatory requirements that you must have completed before you can enroll on the training. Feel like you've met the requirements? Instructor Led (3 hours+ and US timezones) 

This training is for you if you have no Raiser’s Edge experience, you're participating in the design and data mapping consultancy sessions, or you just need polishing up on your knowledge. You must book your slot in advance. Recommended training sessions:

  • Raiser’s Edge Fundamentals - Constituents
  • Raiser’s Edge Fundamentals - Gifts
  • Raiser’s Edge Fundamentals - Query – optional before your first consultancy but recommended before your Test Run 1 Assistance
  • Raiser's Edge: Fundamentals - Data Analysis and Extraction – optional before your first consultancy but recommended before your Test Run 1 Assistance

On Demand - Online (1 hour)

This training is for you if you have previous experience with Raiser's Edge, you need a refresher and you don't have any business process or data mapping experience. The training sessions available are:
