Register for the Blackbaud Altru Implementation Program

The Blackbaud Altru Accelerate Implementation process consists of groups of organizations that start and complete their Blackbaud Altru implementation together. These groups begin every month and consist of pre-scheduled consulting sessions. During these consulting sessions, organizations in the cohort will partner with their Blackbaud Altru consultant and fellow organizations in collaborative sessions and work directly in their Blackbaud Altru database to prepare your new Blackbaud solution for daily tasks and operations.

We encourage your organization to sign up for a kick-off session below as early as possible, so you can get access to the variety of training resources available to prepare your team for the consulting sessions.

We have kick-off calls approximately every three weeks. Any organization who wishes to join an upcoming Accelerate group is welcome to join. We recommend reviewing how to get started with the Blackbaud Altru Onboarding Portal and determine your key decision makers to invite to the kick-off call.

Step 2: Review upcoming Accelerate calendars

During your Blackbaud Altru Kick-off call, your consultant will ask you to select an Accelerate group to join. Groups can have up to four organizations, so if your desired group is full, you may have to select a future group. You MUST sign up for a kick-off prior to starting your Accelerate group.
